"context" and "UserSession->focus" seem synonymous to me when thinking about patient context sync.
However, CDS Hooks seems to work entirely over REST, which

However, CDS Hooks seems to work entirely over REST, which wouldn't fit a context sync use case where one application is behind a firewall and the other is on the internet. Subscriptions are intended to work with web sockets, which might solve this.
