IHE has 20 profiles of the FHIR content. However we don't yet reliably publish conformance resources. I am piloting a process by which IHE editors can publish minimal conformance resources, while leveraging the normative Profile (pdf) in the normal IHE governance. I welcome pilot feedback for improvements.... WE are working in on full IG too, just wanting stepping-stones to make progress (agile, to be buzzword compliant)

@John Moehrke In the Barcode profile we also have an OperationDefinition.

Yup, ITI has an Operation in the PIXm profile too... I am focusing on 80%... Hard to write up this level of guidance on all the conformance resources.
