http://www.fhir.org/guides/registry/ sends me to a IHE WIKI page that only provides Conformance Resources for STU3...

I have the PDF for R4, but what I am actually looking for are the actual FHIR profiles. Are they available yet?

The formal specification from IHE is the supplement text, not the conformance resources... I have not yet converted all the STU3 versions to R4. I welcome assistance. I have been engaged with some who might be able to help me bulk convert. Happy to get help...
