The profile covers 2 things :
1. Get medication administration requests (i.e. the detailed plan of scheduled administration events), such as filling in the nurse's task list for a shift. Or populating my smartphone's medication reminder app...

2. Report the administration results - informing whether we took it or not, etc.

it supports from point-in-time medication (oral solids) to complex administration (perfusions with changing rates or changing mix of products)
