For providing the AuditEvent for ITI-65 Provide Document Bundle the source has two references: to what Patient the events belongs and and what submssionSet (List) was sent.

In the example provided for the source this are now two relative FHIR references: Patient/ex-patient and List/ex-minimalSubmissionSet.

  1. Should the patient not be an absolute URL to the Patient? Should the patient be referred how it is expected to be on the Document Recipient or should the local patient identifier provided by the Document Source (in the transaction with the XDS on FHIR option an absolute URL is required)
  2. The Source needs not to be a FHIR server, could be an app which uses only the ITI-65 as an API and has no internal FHIR representation for Patient and SubmissionSet, should the AuditEvent not require an identifier for the SubmissionSet? (e.g. uniqueId ), see example here

Likely improvements are possible. Getting "Trial Implementation" feedback is essential. Thanks.
