Informatively the MHD profile is also published on Simplifier as a set of FHIR conformance resources, that are also registered at https://registry.fhir.org

IHE MHD Implementation Guide

Prior versions of MHD conformance resources have been registered before, they should now be marked retired

For convenience, may i suggest that IHE redirects all http://ihe.net/fhir/.* urls to https://simplifier.net/Resolve?canonical=<the url>, so they resolve directly to the specification of the artefact instead of a 404?

Simone, we would love for IHE to do that. But it is hard to get that done. This should get fixed overtime. For now all we can change is the FTP site So tat is where we put the source xml. ftp://ftp.ihe.net/TF_Implementation_Material/fhir/
