IHE will be moving the MHD profile into the Implementation Guide publisher, and also moving away from use of DocumentManifest. We will be moving the functionality that we get from DocumentManifest to use of List resource. So the List profiles will be part of the MHD FHIR IG or will they get pushed as Core profiles and DocumentManifest be deprecated?

Hard to ever predict the future.. but I expect the next version of MHD will not include any FHIR profiles of the FHIR core DocumentManifest resource.
