I'm trying to use the validate operation to validate questionnaireResponses in the sandbox, but it responds with the following warning:
"Error: HTTP 400 Bad Request: Invalid request: The FHIR endpoint on this server does not know how to handle POST operation[QuestionnaireResponse/$validate] with parameters [[_format, _pretty]]"
Is it supposed to be working?

Kanta PHR doesn't currently support the validate operation. However, the platform validates the resource when you store it to Kanta PHR.
