I'm trying to register a new user via https://fhirsandbox2-auth.kanta.fi/phr-authserver-sandbox/registeruser, but all I get is this message: {"error":"Database error","error_description":"Error communicating with the database"}. What can I do? Is the service down?

Also does not work for me, when trying to log in using existing credentials.
Error 401: Authentication Failed: Could not get JDBC Connection; nested exception is com.ibm.websphere.ce.cm.StaleConnectionException: Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor DSRA0010E: SQL State = 08006, Error Code = 12,514

Also all apps fail to authenticate, with the message
