Just to make sure we have this right - how does Omatietovaranto REST API normalize dates, when date query parameters are supplied? As in, do date queries work as expected as long as dates are passed in the expected ISO formats from the STU3 REST spec (and time zones are normalized for the purposes of the query)?

Date queries work as standard describes. As the service is located in Finland local time in Helsinki is used. The most clear is to use time zones when using service.
