Registering a new user does not seem to work. Page http://www.kanta.fi/en/web/ammattilaisille/tarkeaa-tietoa-kehittajille links to https://fhirsandbox2-auth.kanta.fi/phr-authserver-sandbox/registeruser which returns an error: Error 500: java.lang.IllegalStateException: No WebApplicationContext found: no ContextLoaderListener or DispatcherServlet registered?

I get the same error also when trying to reconfigure an existing client app at https://fhirsandbox2-auth.kanta.fi/phr-authserver-sandbox/register/63bccf80-8022-472a-a12e-6f48b1dd7e4d

Unfortunately one of the authentication servers was misconfigured. We corrected the problem and registering users is available again. Thank you for reporting the issue. My apologies for the inconvenience.
