Hi,
Authenticating new users in Sandbox seems to always return an error: error=access_denied&error_description=5030. This happens with several apps that used to work. What may have changed in the sandbox recently?

Hi,
have you checked that the new users are not underaged? The age limit to use PHR is 16 and that error code refers to underaged user.

Thanks, that helps! I did indeed try once with an underaged user. However, after that the platform always returned just that error, and did not let me even select another user. I guess that's just how the login has been implemented - I should have reset the session.
