Hi @Bryn Rhodes- we just updated our tooling to use v4.0.1 CQL Language Server, and are getting errors related to DeviceRequest. In the language server, an error is passed, as well as in the cql-to-elm compiler. See attached document with screenshots. We are thinking that the cql-to-elm is missing the type param in for the device request schema. Device-Request-issue.docx

Hmm..... can you try changing the [DeviceRequest: "Frailty Device"] to [DeviceRequest: code in "Frailty Device"]? @Lisa Anderson
