Should "point" be in the list of keywords in the CQL grammar, as it is used in the point from Interval[] operator?

Yes, I think so. It is in the formal grammar, but I agree -- it looks like it is missing from the keywords list. Good find. I've just added an official STU comment to get it resolved: http://www.hl7.org/dstucomments/showdetail_comment.cfm?commentid=1881
