What is the easiest tech stack to use to experiment (quickstart) on CQL? @Bryn Rhodes maybe you have some recommendations.

The CQL Runner provides a neat UI for quickly messing around with CQL without having to install anything locally. (Note: there seems to be a little flakey behavior at first. If you're running through the first example and get an error after setting the patient ID in the config, try selecting "Examples" -> "Retrieval With Context" and then run it again).
