Looking for feedback. Tried to represent the computable PlanDefinition, rulesets, and ActivityDefintion templates for CPGs

Really neat to see a generalized take on what @Michael O'Hanlon and I put together for cervical cancer. For others coming across this, each FSH template includes placeholder elements marked with %% to show potential users what they need to update for their own work.
