Topic: FHIR representation of quality reporting program

Hi folks, not sure if this is the right stream, but has anyone thought about a FHIR representation of a quality program (e.g., PQRS, QPP)? I'm imagining something that would reference a collection of Measure resources, define a Measurement Period, etc.

Hi @Kevin Weaver I've thought about it, and the Library resource would support it, but I haven't ever put any examples together. The Library has a "collection" option, where the Library consists of a set of related artifacts.

Programs might also impose certain reporting requirements, involve registration, etc. I'm not sure that Library is the right solution. A program might define a library, but Program != Library.
