Is there a CQL author readable documentation of the primary code attribute in the FHIR data model, used in Retrieve expressions? I can find that information in the fhir-modelinfo-x.x.x.xml but I don't want to point an author to this file. My special case is relationship in FamilyMemberHistory.

However, the specific item you mention is actually not specified (and probably should be). Submit a github issue to the Tooling repo to get that primary code path added to the FHIR R4 model info?
