Looking for input on the meaning of "date" field in MeasureReport resource. It's description says "When the report was generated". Should it be interpreted as the date on which this measure was calculated/evaluated or the date on which the MeasureReport resource was generated?

It's the date the report was calculated. If you calculated the resport internally last week but didn't put it in resource form until today, the date would be last week.

@Lloyd McKenzie thank you for the answer. Wonder if it is worth making the description a bit more clear? I think, if instead of "generated" it was "evaluated" or "calculated" it would've been less ambiguous
