Hi, I looked that the diagram. Regarding the question, do you require high-performance rapid transactions? In the case of the NHS, I would say definitely yes. According to that diagram (assuming this diagram is up to date), any ideas how far away solutions are to address this? Is there anyone in the HL7 community working on this?
