Hi, we're encountering some problems including our identifiers for a patient based on the French patient profile (https://simplifier.net/FrenchProfiledFHIRAr/FrPatient).
We have multiple hospital identifiers (for example in GHT context, or hospital groups as APHP) and multiple 'official' identifiers as Identity Card Number and more than 1 Passport number for patients with multiple nationalities. Seen the restriction on cardinality on PI and PPN slices, is there any advice how to include all identifiers?

I think InteropSante should modify its profiles, to use slices instead of cardinality restriction, for a some cases. Indeed, good practices encourage to do not be too restrictive with cardinality and you picked up exactly the reason of why these good practices are good practices :)
