I am looking to test the PHD IG which uploads data from personal health devices (PHDs) version 4.0.0 -- 3.5.0 and up. If you have a FHIR server that supports transaction bundles I would love to test against it.

I tried that server (/r4) and it rejected the bundle. I could not really understand the error as there were numerous errors. One of them was looking for the structure definition in the meta.profile element and it could not be found. That's likely because the IG is still in ballot? I sent you a private message about it last night (my time)

The Vonk FHIR server works with transaction bundles. But we have different back-ends (Mongo, SQL). For Mongo we simulate the transaction.
Our public test server https://vonk.fire.ly works with Mongo, so you can use transaction bundles, but they are simulated.

We'd participate in a PHD IG connectathon if you can find the server that supports the transaction bundles.

I'll investigate as soon as I get a chance (I'm seriously behind right now)
