Topic: Whova issues

I've been trying to use Whova on my mac all day and the audio quality on the zoom sessions is truly terrible. I have rebooted several times and tried both wired (at 450 mbps) and wireless, to no avail. This has never happened in regular zoom meetings using Chrome. Any ideas? Whova support has been unresponsive
Jan Oldenburg (Sep 10 2020 at 21:25):
I'll also note that it's irritating to pay this much for a virtual conference where audio isn't working and I can't get support!

If you want to try connecting directly to zoom, it is possible to look at the source for a whova page and extract the meeting ID from it.

I have needed to do this as well to get it to work properly.
