During PC/OO/SDC in New Orleans, we decided we would try using DocumentReference and Binary for exchanging unstructured notes as a track in May. This would not preclude other options such as Composition, use cases with structured docs, etc, which I know have many discussions on going. The goal of this track would be to give us a discrete and scoped workflow to test notes at a connectathon and from there, aid our many notes conversations with concrete input from testing.

Who would be interested in participating?
@Andrew Torres @Jenni Syed @Brett Marquard @Grahame Grieve @Eric Haas @Michael Donnelly

I think we're interested, though our May participation in tracks may be more limited

but the kind of notes I'm interested in are 3-5 lines of text...

I don't think we're talking about the same kind of notes?

Are those the only kind you are interested in?

I am still a little fuzzy on definition of 'Clinical Note' vs the 3-5 lines of text we discussed in NOLA. I spoke with someone form a health system that said they don't consider all of those notes

well, I'm interested in how you get access to them, whatever anyone calls them. I'm also interested in whatever else people call notes

good.

I would like to make progress on both
