We are trying the profile validation and now have a working example with an own structure definition. I am using a ValidationSupportChain with DefaultProfileValidationSupport and PrePopulatedValidationSupport that loads the structure definition.
I am wondering why I need the DefaultProfileValidationSupport? Why is the PrePopulatedValidationSupport not enough?

I just created a PR in the hapi-fhir project on github that adds basic Docker support for the jpaserver-example. This setup works for us, but all feedback is welcome!
