This is the FHIR Developer Days 2016 channel for the Clinical track.
David Hay (Oct 13 2016 at 19:25):
welcome all who are coming!
David Hay (Oct 13 2016 at 19:35):
feel free to suggest things you'd like to talk about...
David Hay (Nov 06 2016 at 19:56):
A walk-through using clinFHIR. This is what I'm proposing to base the devdays on - but any suggestions welcome!

David Hay (Nov 10 2016 at 21:32):
So there are a couple of specific clinical sessions at devdays: Wednesday is using clinFHIR to create and view resources, and on thursday using it for profiling - viewing and building profiles (I'll probably show the Logical Modeler there as well). Each session will have some suggested 'practical exercises' based on the topic (ideas welcomed!) to do in the afternoon...
Other sessions of interest are likely to be:
- Wednesday: Introduction, Fhir profiling & Terminology
- Thursday: openEHR and scheduling
- Friday: logical models & sync4science
From a preparation perspective, we'll be using clinFHIR quite a lot, so the more you know in advance the better (there a sample walkthrough earlier in this thread) - but we'll certainly cover the details on the day.
Should be a fun event!
David Hay (Nov 16 2016 at 05:27):
btw - check out the comments from grahame on the openEHR track. That seems like a useful suggestion as the 'main theme' though there will also be the opportunity for clinicians to use the tooling to develop any resource instances they want to...
David Hay (Nov 16 2016 at 05:29):
There is also the ability to create simple profiles in clinFHIR that we could think about...
David Hay (Nov 17 2016 at 14:06):
anyone need my assistance? In a meeting but can leave if necessary...
Michael van der Zel (Nov 17 2016 at 14:10):

We could call you on your mobile and you could pretend it's an emergency ;-)
David Hay (Nov 18 2016 at 06:45):
Hi Guys - some time today I need to do a wrap of the event to the general audience. Any comments? what went well, what didn't, how could it be improved etc. You can either reply on this channel or email me directly...
