Hello!
It’s HL7 FHIR Connectathon Planning time! We hope to see you all in Montreal on May 4 & 5. I wanted to let you know that the Connectathon Wiki has been replaced! WHAT?! That’s right. We are moving Connectathon communication from the wiki to the HL7 Confluence site so be sure to bookmark the Connectathons page under FHIR > Implementers and then watch it for updates. If you don’t have access to confluence yet go to https://confluence.hl7.org/ to request access.
Please enter your track proposal into CONFLUENCE no later than March 21st, 2019. That’s only one week away!
Questions? Just ask!

It took me a bit to find this, so in case it helps anyone else, here's a link to that page: https://confluence.hl7.org/display/FHIR/Connectathons
David Hay (Mar 14 2019 at 05:23):
And note that the conman link has not been updated - still points to san antonio. Will fix in the next couple of days...
Richard Ettema (Mar 20 2019 at 23:47):
@Grahame Grieve - will you be creating a FHIR 4.2.0 version for connectathon 21?
Grahame Grieve (Mar 20 2019 at 23:48):
I hadn't thought to do so. We usually stick to the most recent released version until we start getting into the development cycle for the next version - so I would expect the Montreal connectathon and the one after that to be R4 focused
Richard Ettema (Mar 20 2019 at 23:50):
Ok, just checking. Thanks.
Lloyd McKenzie (Mar 21 2019 at 00:18):
More specifically - if anyone has a desperate need to have their connectathon track for May or Sept. making use of any of the FHIR R5 draft changes, they need to holler.
Rob Hausam (Mar 22 2019 at 03:03):
Anything further on ConMan for C21, @David Hay?
Peter Jordan (Mar 22 2019 at 04:30):
@Sandra Vance are those times on the Confluence Site correct? In particular, are we finishing at 5pm on Saturday and 10pm on Sunday?
David Hay (Mar 22 2019 at 18:39):
Yep. here it is: http://conman.clinfhir.com/connectathon.html?event=montreal2019
(note it's on a different server - but otherwise the same...)
Did you want me to copy your track from SA across?
heres the confluence page: https://confluence.hl7.org/display/FHIR/Connectathons
David Hay (Mar 22 2019 at 18:41):
good catch @Peter Jordan - I've updated...
Rob Hausam (Mar 22 2019 at 20:59):
copy what track, @David Hay?
David Hay (Mar 23 2019 at 03:43):
Ah - terminology... :)
Peter Jordan (Mar 23 2019 at 19:24):
@David Hay Please copy the Terminology Track from SA (not sure about the others that @Rob Hausam leads/participates in).
Rob Hausam (Mar 24 2019 at 03:00):
@David Hay It should have been rather obvious, but I finally get it - you meant copy it in ConMan. I had already created the track proposals, which somehow is what I was thinking. Of course, please do copy the tracks in ConMan for Terminology Services, and also what you have for IPS and LIVD (if you haven't already). Thanks, @Peter Jordan.
Bryn Rhodes (Mar 24 2019 at 17:47):
@David Hay , yes, please copy the Clinical Reasoning track from SA, thank you :)
David Hay (Apr 01 2019 at 19:56):
done...

SGA: For those of you hunting caffeine, the bar downstairs serves Starbucks.
Michael Lawley (May 04 2019 at 15:47):
But what if we want coffee?
Jacob Crump (May 04 2019 at 18:38):
Hey everyone,
If you want help with the use or support of the HSPC Sandbox, PM me with your name and table and I'd love to help out. We've recently implemented some new features which includes CDS Hook management and demoing, profile (i.e. us-core, QI-core, etc.) uploading and validation, and SMART on FHIR 1.0 support.
Thanks!
