@Paul Knapp @Rick Geimer I'm looking at the Attachments track, the solicited work flow, and it seems to me that there's something missing to close the loop - the payer solicits by posting to a server, but the provider just 'assumes' that there's a request.. shouldn't the connectathon track close the loop there?

For a solicited Attachment, the payer sends (POSTs) a CommunicationRequest to the provider and the provider (receiver) responds by sending (POSTing) a Communication resource which contains a refernece to the CommunicationRequest to the payer.
