Assume then that it is BEYOND TOO LATE to try and consider a Dental Interoperability track ... correct? [and yes, I wasn't paying very good attention, ya think?!]
David Hay (Dec 07 2018 at 20:45):
We're generally pretty lenient :)
Todd Cooper (Dec 07 2018 at 22:20):
Great - I'll sync with the ADA on Monday and if we are "thumbs up" for the CAT or Clinicians on FHIR (or both), I'll draft up a quick proposal to get it on the map and see if I can recruit some participants - stay tuned.
Michele Mottini (Dec 12 2018 at 21:47):
The Wiki page (http://wiki.hl7.org/index.php?title=FHIR_Connectathon_20) still references the Baltimore tracks . . .
Michele Mottini (Dec 12 2018 at 21:47):
and is the list there accurate?
Lloyd McKenzie (Dec 12 2018 at 22:18):
@David Hay ?
David Hay (Dec 12 2018 at 22:35):
oops - I'll look into it
@Sandra Vance ?
David Hay (Dec 15 2018 at 20:18):
A reminder that the ‘early bird’ registration for the January Working Group Meeting in San Antonio this January ends on December 21st – and with it the 30% discount on the event – and especially the 20th connectathon!
The wiki page has been updated so make sure you get your reservation in...
Bryn Rhodes (Dec 20 2018 at 20:39):
For getting numbers of expected participants, are we using Con Man exclusively this round? Or the tracking spreadsheet?
Bryn Rhodes (Dec 20 2018 at 20:39):
Note that the link to both is broken from the current connectathon page...
Bryn Rhodes (Dec 20 2018 at 20:40):
The spreadsheet link goes to the 2018 Baltimore spreadsheet, and the con man link gives me an error that that event code is not set up.
David Hay (Dec 20 2018 at 21:12):
Here's the correct url - http://conman.fhir.org/connectathon.html?event=sanant2019 . (I'll update the wiki page - thanks for pointing that out!
Up to the track leads to decide if they want to use it - I do need to add all the tracks to it (which I'll do in a day or so) - I doubt that we'll set up the tracking spreadsheet (though nothing stopping a track lead doing that if they prefer it)...
David Hay (Dec 20 2018 at 21:17):
(BTW - if you go to the page make sure you click the 'All' button to show all the tracks - currently it defaults to only showing clinical ones - I'll change the default in a little bit...
David Hay (Dec 20 2018 at 21:18):
Oh - wrt expected participants, Sandy will be sending out a survey - we encourage people to update conman as well, though we don't require it...
David Hay (Dec 20 2018 at 21:50):
OK - all done.
Bryn Rhodes (Dec 20 2018 at 22:31):
Great, thank you!
Peter Jordan (Dec 20 2018 at 22:45):
@David Hay - the Terminology Services Track will definitely use ConMan again (and I've just updated the link on our Wiki Page). Is it possible to copy over the relevant entries from the Baltimore Sept 2018 version to save re-entering all the scenarios, etc?
David Hay (Dec 20 2018 at 23:33):
For you Peter - of course!
Rob Hausam (Dec 20 2018 at 23:35):
Thanks, David.
nicola (RIO/SS) (Dec 21 2018 at 16:22):
Here is S&A track proposal - http://wiki.hl7.org/index.php?title=201901_FHIR_Storage_and_Analytics
David Hay (Dec 22 2018 at 23:09):
@nicola (RIO/SS) - have added the track to conman. Feel free to use the tool to manage user registrations . (Just get users to register with the app - then set their primary track to yours - or a track of interest)
nicola (RIO/SS) (Dec 23 2018 at 08:22):
Thank you!
David Hay (Dec 26 2018 at 18:06):
@Peter Jordan - All done - can you check that it's complete? Feel free to modify as needed...
I wrote an import/export function for this, so can do for anyone else who has previous tracks they want to transfer...
Bryn Rhodes (Dec 26 2018 at 18:33):
The Clinical Reasoning scenarios are very similar, it would be great if those were brought forward. Thank you!
Peter Jordan (Dec 26 2018 at 20:45):
Many thanks @David Hay! When time permits, could you please amend the Details Page, on the Descriptions Tab, to point to the 201901 version of the Wiki Page for the Track.
