are there any rules / T+Cs around auto-submitting a server to the public site for testing, eg once a week?

We do not. What specifically are you interested in doing? Re-testing a single server each week on projectcrucible.org? Submitting a new server to be tested each week? A large group of new servers each week?

The first.

As long as it doesn't put undue burden on our systems or any systems we are testing then that's fine. Once a week is certainly ok.

However, we do not expose an API.

So you would have to inspect and mimic the HTTP calls made by the interface. But it is undocumented and could change (though we aren't planning on it any time soon).

You could stand up your own instance to ensure nothing changes if you'd like.
