I've also noticed that there are 3 servers all pointed to the same instance of my server.
Can you please remove the Telstra Health server (leaving the Telstra Health (sqlonfhir3) server as the active one.

@Brian Postlethwaite -- I inactivated that third server, so you should be all set. I left the dstu2 server and the server marked as 'sqlonfhir3'. Thanks for letting us know.
