Does anyone have any idea what the extension http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/valueset-system is about? it's really weird, because it's an extension to be found on ValueSet.compose.include.system, which is a URI - that is, a super set of what canonical(CodeSystem) can have in it. As such... I have no idea what anyone would do with this thing?

In the CI build (R5) it shows the status as 'retired'. But I don't recall anything at the moment about the history.
