Suggestion to add that confluence link to the http://tx.fhir.org/
landing page :), or redirect from http://tx.fhir.org/docs
Grahame Grieve (Sep 24 2021 at 13:39):
that's probably a good idea, but that page is generic for the server, not specific to tx.fhir.org. I'll think about that
Elliot Silver (Sep 24 2021 at 15:01):
Thank you for that. It's greatly appreciated.
Elliot Silver (Sep 24 2021 at 15:29):
Does this include publisher support for chaining terminology servers, or allowing multiple servers to be specified? Or is the intent that someone runs a full duplicate of tx.fhir.org plus their local terminology?
Grahame Grieve (Sep 24 2021 at 20:23):
no and no. And maybe
Grahame Grieve (Sep 24 2021 at 20:24):
- it's on my feature list to allow delegation of code systems on the server
Grahame Grieve (Sep 24 2021 at 20:24):
- I don't think that I can manage multiple terminology servers, since value sets can cross code systems
Grahame Grieve (Sep 24 2021 at 20:25):
The purpose of this is to resolve issues for people who have security or performance concerns - they can run a full clone of tx.fhir.org now.
Grahame Grieve (Sep 24 2021 at 20:26):
you could already nominate your own server and provide it
Elliot Silver (Sep 24 2021 at 21:06):
Got it. OK.
