that's probably a good idea, but that page is generic for the server, not specific to tx.fhir.org. I'll think about that

Does this include publisher support for chaining terminology servers, or allowing multiple servers to be specified? Or is the intent that someone runs a full duplicate of tx.fhir.org plus their local terminology?

The purpose of this is to resolve issues for people who have security or performance concerns - they can run a full clone of tx.fhir.org now.
