I've just added two code systems to the packages repository for loading to tx.fhir.org (which @Grahame Grieve is planning to rebuild and load today). It should be relatively straightforward to do (or to have done). I haven't actually seen any documentation specifically on this, but there may be some. Happy to help if I can.
