Is there a ConceptMap from R4's mapping equivalence codes to R5's mapping relationship codes?
i.e., from http://hl7.org/fhir/concept-map-equivalence to http://hl7.org/fhir/concept-map-relationship ?

I don't think anyone has done that yet, but it's an obvious thing that we should do (even if it does have an interesting circularity aspect to it).

Typically mappings to R5 happen closer to when R5 goes out the door - because other things may well change :)

It would have been done (at least informally) in order to update all the existing R4 maps in the spec itself?
