Question: what should the contents of meta in the result of /ValueSet/[id]/$expand be (if any)?

For example:

  • meta.versionId - this is really about the instance itself, not the derived resource including the expansion
  • meta.lastUpdated - probably ok; expansion.timestamp allows for differentiation here
  • meta.profile - this may no longer be a valid assertion (e.g., may have asserted absence of expansion)

Would it be best to just omit the meta altogether?
