There are some very good security role vocabulary managed by ISO 21298. Is it possible to pull these codes into FHIR valuesets? Or is the copyright with ISO too difficult?

not that I know of. In IHE XUA we just referenced the ISO 21298 standard as a good source for role vocabulary.

they are far more useful vocabulary and definitions than anything we have in HL7 (unless we are hiding them somewhere).
