The description of the 'property' in parameter for $lookup says "The following properties are defined for all code systems: system, version, display, definition, designation, parent, child, and lang.X where X is a language code in a designation. These properties refer to the directly return parameters documented for the operation".
However, there is no 'system' out parameter. Should this be 'name'? Also, there is no 'definition' out parameter.
Should I raise a ticket?

'parent' and 'child' aren't out parameters either
