Looking at the ValueSet resource is the definition of ValueSet.compose.include.concept.display correct? Would "Text to display for this concept in this valueset" not make more sense? image.png

Technically, I think you are correct, but practically it probably doesn't make much difference since the concept is identified 1..1 by the code. But, since ValueSet.compose.include.concept.designation uses "concept", it probably would be good for the wording to be consistent. And since it's only a change in the text which does not change the meaning, I don't think it should be a problem to change even though ValueSet is normative. Do you want to create a tracker?
