For a ValueSet, how do you define an operation such as regex on, for example, Concept.display text? The include.concept seems to allow for only complete equality and the include.filter only allow operators on Properties or Relationships. I could create a code system filter but this seems to only allow for a human readable string in the Value element so is not computable. Filtering using an operator on elements of Concept would seem very useful. Am I missing something?

hi. it appears that we overlooked filtering on display. And there's several reasons why this would potentially be unreliable. But there's also situations where you would need to. So make a task for us to add 'display' to http://hl7.org/fhir/codesystem-concept-properties.html
