I have a ValueSet with codes from RxNorm with property TTY = BPCK. The ValueSet expands correctly (http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-pdex-formulary/branches/master/ValueSet-SemanticDrugVS.html), but an example with a code (http://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/rxnorm|1541228) from that valueSet throws an error None of the codings provided are in the value set http://hl7.org/fhir/us/davinci-drug-formulary/ValueSet/SemanticDrugVS (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/davinci-drug-formulary/ValueSet/SemanticDrugVS), and a coding from this value set is required) (codes = http://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/rxnorm#1541228)

I can see the code in the ValueSet expansion.
