A while ago, I made a pull request for updating the MDC code system and associated value sets according to this page. What else is needed to make this happen?

Mostly. RTMMS URL has changed and property definitions (marked as "Final definitions still to be determined …") need to be updated.

I don't see anything about "final definitions" in the updated CodeSystem resource instance itself. But I see that the "harmonized" property that is in the previous instance isn't in the this new one. And the text that was previously in 'concept.definition' (with some adjustments) is now in 'concept.description' - which isn't a valid element in the CodeSystem resource.
