Apologies in advance if there is a UTG stream that I just didn't find, but the discussion about NUCC made me look at the UTG documented process and there is the following on the Consensus Review and Voting Page (https://confluence.hl7.org/display/VOC/Consensus+Review+and+Voting):
Current required votes: 15
Current weighted votes by group:
Oversight Groups = 2
Super Voters = 3
All other participants = 1
I couldn't find the definitions of "Oversight groups" nor of "Super voters". Does someone have a link to the definitions for those?
