Is anyone aware that the Race value set used with pre-FHIR quality reporting is different from what US Core specifies?
https://vsac.nlm.nih.gov/valueset/2.16.840.1.114222.4.11.836/expansion/Latest is used in QDM-based eCQMs from CMS and includes code 2131-1 for Other Race
http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/STU3.1.1/StructureDefinition-us-core-race.html refers to http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/STU3.1.1/ValueSet-omb-race-category.html
code 2131-1 is not in that value set
(This is also the CDCREC code system with OID 2.16.840.1.113883.6.238 )
