Does this extension: http://build.fhir.org/extension-workflow-supportinginfo.html pertain to concept mapping metadata? (e.g.: metadata occurring in the process of creating or maintaining concept maps)
The documentation in the link above explicitly refers to supporting information in the patient record, & information in health care workflow, and yet it is listed under a header in the spec as referring to Any resource. I would like to understand if there are additional metadata pertaining to the management of concept maps whether this is an appropriate extension to leverage or whether we will need to develop a new slot for that purpose. (tysmia!)

Context of Use is indicated as Element ID DiagnosticReport, Element ID Observation or Element ID CommunicationRequest
But I think this is what you should be looking at: https://build.fhir.org/metadataresource.html -- all the core terminology resources will extend MetadataResource in R5
