What is the service that can provide me Suggested medications to diagnosis / condition. Like -> may treat relationships.

The FHIR resource that could represent this information would ClinicalUseIssue, for indications. It's not a "service" however, but can be used by one e.g. CDS Hooks

Thanks @Rik Smithies , something like NDFRT or anything else that may provide this information?
Here is an example:

  1. https://ncim.nci.nih.gov/ncimbrowser/pages/concept_details.jsf?dictionary=NCI%20Metathesaurus&code=C0020538&type=relationship
For a particular condition, it gives a list of drugs (may be treated by)

  2. http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/NDFRT?p=classes&conceptid=N0000002881

I'm not sure what there is in the terminology space around this, these days. I thought of suggesting UMLS.

@Santosh Jami I think you are asking for an open-access knowledge source that is inherently complex and brittle, hence a space filled by for-profit medication knowledge-base vendors. But yes, there are some good sources that you can navigate and you've found two. The newly minted update to NDF-RT is MED-RT and you can do some of the same queries based on that data, but no simple browsers (but I may be wrong) and no API "services" that links medication to indication that I know of. @Carol Macumber
