The list in snapper2-dev actually doesn't include that URL any more (your browser is just remembering it from previous use), but I've added a redirect so it now points to https://ontoserver.csiro.au/stu3-latest

Snapper may struggle with the redirect, though, so you're better off just using stu3-latest instead
