There used to be (in STU3) http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/valueset-ordinalValue, which we were using to represent scores for answer options defined in contained ValueSets in Questionnaires. That extension was merged with a couple of others and has become in R4 http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/ordinalValue. The trouble is that while the "context of use" for valueset-ordinalValue included ValueSet.expansion.contains, the new "ordinalValue" context of use does not include that. Can ValueSet.expansion.contains be restored to the context of use?
