Both Snowstorm and tx.fhir.org expose a SNOMED CT concept's "text definition" via a desgination with a specific use (900000000000550004) but the CodeSystem resource includes a specific concept.definition property which would seem to be the more conformant place for this information. The SNOMED page https://www.hl7.org/fhir/snomedct.html#4.3.1.0.4 is not direct, but does seem to suggest that designations is the place.
I'm looking for guidance...
