The Observation reference range codes:
If "applies to" is intended to specify patient populations for which the range is appropriate, it should include several values currently in "type," specifically those under "endocrine."
If "type" is intended to specify the intended use of the range, I'd recommend more clarity on the distinction between treatment & therapeutic/pre, and among normal, recommended, therapeutic & therapeutic/post.
